Karlovy Vary & Marianske Lazne Tour in Prague -- This trip combines our tour to Karlovy Vary with a visit to another Czech spa, Mariánské Lázne. You have the chance to visit the largest and best known Czech spa - Karlovy Vary. (The German name is Carlsbad). The founding of the town has been linked with the name of the Emperor Charles IV since 1358 when he had a hunting lodge built here. There are 13 famous springs, the most famous of them being Vrídlo. Their temperature is approximately 72°C.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

During your walk along the Teplá River (its name means "warm") and majestic Neo-Rennaissance colonnades, you will have the chance to taste different mineral waters and purchase souvenirs.

Karlovy Vary is also famous for local china and glass manufacturing. The products of these industries are on display at special exhibitions and are sold at specialized shops. The spa was visited by rulers and many famous artists like Goethe, Chateaubriand, Chopin, Beethoven, Brahms, Dvorak, etc.

Next you will come to the famous Mariánské Lázne with its curative springs. The program of the tour includes a tour of the spa area with its unique historical architecture, sampling of the spa waters from the famous Cross Spring, and visiting ancient colonades.
